Welcome back.  Today at Celebrate the Occasion (CTO) we spotlighting birthdays with a twist.  You must add "bling" to your project.  This card was a lot of fun because I got to combine two of my favorite things; my Cricut and my love for coloring.  For the image I used the Digi Doodle Shop.  Please stop by there and see the lovely images.

Cardz TV Stamps Anything Goes Challenge # 6 and Changes

 

Hello Everyone!
I again wanted to remind you that my new web address is Girliascards.com.  I would also like to invite you to follow me under the new linky follower.  Most of you have probably heard that Google Friend Connect will become a thing of the past.

This week's challenge at Cardz TV Stamps is an Anything Goes Challenge # 6.  So instead of making a card I decided to make a couple of Post-It Note Holders.  Really simple.  This idea came from a crop that I attended on the 18th of February.  We were doing Make and Takes and this was the make and take.  When I was working with it.  I thought it needed a little something extra so the cell phone and the cupcakes were added.

 Kathy Crane. a CTMH rep. was hostess of the gathering.  I just want you guys to know I really had a good time.  I am definitely looking forward to the next one on the 24th of March.

Just A Note! Blogger Changes!

Hello Everyone!

Thanks for stopping by.  I have a couple of things to share with you.  First, I am no longer a blogspot.com my new address is Girliascards.com.  Secondly,  Google Connect will be a thing of the past starting February 29th and then it will go away after that. I learned that all followers will not automatically  transfer over.  I went to Google and typed in Google Connect to find out if it was just for Non-Google clients (typepad ,etc) and in the beginning it will be, but in March it will become a reality for everyone.  I have an alternative way for you to follow me all you have to do is to click on the  follow me link, sign in and become a follower using the the linky follower located underneath the Google Friend Connect. I chose this one because it is similar to the Google Connect one.   I look forward to seeing you on the other side of this transition.

Cricut Circle Challenge and a Winner

Hello Everyone!

I hope everyone had a wonderful weekend.  Thanks for stopping by and  I just want to say welcome to all the new followers.  Here is another couple of cards that I created for the Cricut Circle Weekly Challenge.  It is a Valentine's Day Card Challenge:  Must use gems or sequins, and ribbon.

 I had such fun making this card that I made two.  I like the different colors.  I may even make one more in my favorite color just to see how it turns out.  If I do I will add it to this post.  Comments are welcome.  Enjoy and GOD Bless. Have a great rest of your day.

P.S.  Have I mentioned that I love the new Victorian Romance Cartridge. It is perfect for Valentine's Day! I have actually used this cartridge more and have cut almost every image on it.  When I saw this image I automatically thought of the song "Funny Valentine."  I think it was a perfect fit.  Again, thanks for stopping by.
